This site features bloggers Mark Kalriess, Matt Trollinger, Bryan Patton, and Jake Hersom writing about DMV sports from a fans point of view.

The podcast runs weekly during the football season and monthly during the offseason. Bryan hosts and Matt, Mark, and Jake appear as panelists. The main topics are the Washington  Redskins, Washington Capitals, and the Washington Wizards, but they also discuss professional and local sports as well.
